Litigation Program Update

The following current cases that infringe upon or deny US Constitutional civil rights under the 2nd Amendment are being litigated or in the process of attorney case development by the Madison Society Foundation as either a plaintiff or amicus participant:

1. Nordyke v. Alameda County

2. Parker/Heller v. Washington D.C.

3. Madison Society v. USG (pending civil rights)

4. Madison Society v. USG (pending restoration of gun rights)

5. Madison Society v. State of California (pending equal protection of rights)
